I have been managing international IT operations, especially end-user and infrastructure support, since 2013. In parallel, the appeal of Logic
and processes improvement led me to develop data analysis methods. I quickly dove in the technics allowing to understand deeper the operations I run
in order to achieve seamless, reliable and scalable results.
